:No Refund & Return only Exchange are available(Exchange available only while opening video provided by customer. 
Non-returnable Items: Certain items, are not eligible for return.

13.READYSTOCK DETAILS – SHIPPING POLICY
Dear friends.
Pls note the delivery of ready stock items will be in 10 working days. If a ready stock gets sold once your payment is made, you will be informed and your amount will be refunded. Please take 5 mins to read below.dont scroll down without reading and tell later you dont know.
*Once booked cannot be cancelled
*Always expect colour variations.100% color wont be there in online store. It happens due to mobile phone resolutions and digital photography and our own brightness setting of our mobile.
* For dissatisfaction and self judging about materials and color cannot be exchanged.
*Don’t selfjudge and wrongly understand about colors or materials.. If you have doubt please check with us before placing any order.. 

*Switch ON the video button and start opening the package. Video should be start to end with out any cut and pause..If there is any damage .. Show it in same video and send it to me.Without video no dress can be exchange.

14.PREBOOKING DETAILS
Pls note the despatching of prebooking dress Despatching days for pre-book items will be minimum 25 to 30 working days.may be
little days increase or decrease it depends the manufacturing date. If u want any emergency dispatch we will add extra charge Please take 5 mins to read below.dont scroll down without reading and tell later you dont know about terms and conditions.
